The Legend of The Jackalope, rooted in the dusty landscape of the wild west, is thought to have originated in the hills of Wyoming - this is not the case. It really began with a love story,... & like every good love story it began with a drink.
The Courtship
On one fateful night, whispers of a forbidden
adventure spread. From forth the fatal
loins of these star crossed lovers;
A legend was born.
One of the components that came together to create our flagship Bourbon; The Jackalope.
This spirit is available only in our Brick & Mortar Store. Come visit us in Salida, say hi, & give it a taste!
This single barrel bourbon aged at least two years is soft & sweet with notes of honey, fruit, & mild oak.
