Brought to you by Mantis Kitchen and Salida Distillery. Seasonal fresh flavors will be mindfully paired with each flagship spirit leaving you joyous and satiated.
Course 1: Appetizers and light and zesty Vodka spritzer.
Course 2: Dinner and festive and classic gin cocktail.
Course 3: Dessert and a celebratory Bourbon.
Finishing at nine with plenty of time to head downtown for the festivities or maybe to just go home and ring in 2026 in comfort.
